What kind of products do you sell?
We sell customizable phone cases featuring original artwork created by Dusya, our founder's daughter and neurodivergent artist. Each case combines one of her illustrations with a profession or talent of your choice, plus the ND Talent in Action logo.
Who are these products for?
Our products are for everyone who wants to celebrate neurodivergent talent - neurodivergent individuals, their families, educators, employers, therapists, and allies. If you believe talent deserves to be seen, these products are for you.
Are the drawings really made by a neurodivergent artist?
Yes! Every illustration on our phone cases was hand-drawn by Dusya, a young artist with autism. Her artwork is the heart of this brand.
Customization
How does customization work?
When you visit a product page, you will see options to choose your picture and your profession or talent. You select from our curated set of Dusya's illustrations and a list of professions. The ND Talent in Action logo appears on every case automatically.
Can I request a profession that is not on the list?
At the moment we offer a carefully selected list of professions and talents. If you don't see yours, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Can I upload my own image?
Currently our customization uses Dusya's original illustrations only. This is what makes each case a genuine piece of art with a meaningful story behind it.
Orders and Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because each case is custom-made just for you, please allow 5 to 10 business days for production plus shipping time to your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Returns and Issues
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every product is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or misprinted.
What if my case arrives damaged or with a printing error?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us your order number and a clear photo of the issue and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
About the Brand
What does "ND" mean?
ND stands for "neurodivergent." This term refers to people whose brains work differently from what is considered typical, including people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.
Is ND Talent in Action a nonprofit?
We are a for-profit business with a strong social mission. A percentage of our proceeds goes toward supporting neurodivergent community initiatives. We believe that a sustainable business is the best way to create lasting impact.
