Our Story

Dusya is a vibrant young artist with autism and apraxia — and one of a set of triplets — who finds joy in fashion, cooking, dancing, and singing, among many other creative activities. She is also a Speller (see www.spellers.com and www.i-asc.org), who is learning to use a letterboard to go beyond her spoken language to express her hopes and dreams. Creative, witty, and kind, Dusya is a fast learner who bravely embraces every new challenge.

She creates characters brimming with soul and personality. Her tees and stickers feature a hand-drawn illustration by Dusya, radiating warmth and authenticity. By pairing who you are with her artwork, you carry a powerful message: every talent — neurodiverse or neurotypical — deserves to be seen and celebrated.

In 2026, Dusya entered the All & Every T-Shirt Design Contest and won first place! Her drawing of three friends sharing a meal is now the design on the official 2026 All & Every T-Shirt, printed beneath the three words that inspired it: Confidence, Community & Connection.

The organizers said choosing a winner wasn't easy; they were amazed by the creativity, talent and thoughtfulness behind every submission. We're proud that hers is the one people will be wearing.

Why A Seahorse?

Every brand needs a symbol. Ours chose us.

The seahorse is at the heart of every ND Talent in Action piece because it embodies everything we believe about the neurodivergent spirit:

Moving to a Different Rhythm: In a world of fish darting horizontally, the seahorse swims upright. It moves in its own distinctive way—and it thrives. We see that same spirit in every neurodivergent person finding their own unique path to success.
Strength in Delicacy: Seahorses are far stronger than they appear. Their magical silhouette hides a remarkable resilience, adapting to ecosystems where others might not survive.
Nurturing Differently: In the seahorse world, it is the father who carries and cares for the young—a beautiful reminder that there is no single "right" way to love, to care, or to build a family.
Anchored in the Storm: When strong currents threaten to sweep them away, seahorses wrap their tails around coral to hold on. This ability to stay grounded while navigating turbulence is a hallmark of the neurodivergent experience.

The seahorse never apologizes for being different. It simply is—beautifully, powerfully, and uniquely itself.

Why It Matters

Neurodivergent individuals face higher unemployment rates than any other group. This isn’t due to a lack of ability, but because their strengths often remain unseen in traditional environments.

When ND talent becomes visible in everyday professional spaces, perceptions shift. Barriers come down. Opportunities open up.

Our Truth

ND Talent in Action was born from a simple, often overlooked truth: neurodivergent people are not defined by their challenges. They are defined by their brilliance, their creativity, and the unique contributions they bring to the world every day.
