Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with ND Talent in Action! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping procedures and estimated delivery times.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.

  • Canada: Estimated delivery in 3 to 7 business days after processing.

  • United States: Estimated delivery in 4 to 8 business days after processing.

  • International: Shipping rates for orders outside Canada & the US will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us at ndtalent2605@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these issues as quickly as possible.
