Customer Experience & Community
Build relationships with our customers and help foster an inclusive brand community.
We welcome both neurodivergent interns who are looking for meaningful, real-world experience to support their academic or vocational journey.
What we look for:
Curiosity — You ask questions, explore ideas, and are open to learning something new.
Reliability — You show up, follow through, and communicate when you need support.
Heart — You genuinely care about our mission and want to be part of something meaningful.
No prior experience required — we believe in potential over résumés. If you're willing to learn and grow, you belong here.
Real-world professional experience in a supportive, neurodivergent-friendly environment — doing meaningful work that makes a real impact.
Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals who understand your unique strengths and are invested in your growth.
Flexible scheduling designed to work around your academic, personal, and wellness needs — because we know balance looks different for everyone.
A monthly stipend (following onboarding) that recognizes the value of your time and contributions.
A strong professional reference and personalized recommendation letter upon successful completion of the program.
A mission-driven portfolio showcasing real work you created for a brand that celebrates neurodivergent talent — something you can be genuinely proud of.
Duration: Flexible, ranging from 3 to 6 months, tailored to your academic or vocational goals.
Hours: Part-time with remote or hybrid options — designed to fit your schedule and needs.
How It Works: The program begins with a one-month onboarding period focused on training and orientation, where you'll learn our brand, tools, and workflow at a supported pace. Upon successful completion, interns receive a monthly stipend for the remainder of the program.
Compensation: A monthly stipend is provided following the onboarding period, in addition to hands-on experience, portfolio-building opportunities, and academic or vocational credit.
Timeline: Rolling admissions — apply year-round.
We provide the accommodations you need to do your best work. We are committed to:
Clear Communication: Direct expectations from day one.
Sensory-Friendly Work: Flexible arrangements that respect your needs.
Safe Environment: A judgment-free space where questions are always welcomed.
Growth: Regular check-ins and celebration of your unique strengths.
